 In one word, special needs in various contexts which were elaborated according to particular needs by landscape architect and customer.
For these projects, to create a question period to his customer and further to his approval the landscape architect has to supply several sketches; he supplies a cost estimation of the project and the lead times.
What is very difficult in this type of project, it is the integration of elements asked by the customer in the chosen environment. The landscape architect really has to study the ideal emplacement in order to integrate them into the landscape.
